Athletic Mentors Youth Pathways
Hope awaits our young. It begins where they're taught. –Ollie Johnson
Athletic Mentors Youth Pathways (AMYP) is a before- and after-school athletic mentoring program. This strength and conditioning program is designed for student athletes ages 14–19 who want to play college-level and professional sports. AMYP works with coaches to determine a plan and then takes over the strength and conditioning training for the athletes. The program operates on a three-day-per-week training schedule during the school year and hours may extend over the summer months if the student's schedule permits. AMYP also offers a nutrition component focused on teaching students physical awareness and healthy eating habits.
